University Partners agree to:
Designate a staff member or qualified graduate student to serve as the program administrator, who will be responsible for overseeing the partnership program. The designee will be responsible for managing the free student membership eligibility and disbursement and will be responsible for selecting, editing and submitting 2-3 pieces per semester written by students or faculty for publication consideration per Cipher Brief guidelines.

HOW TO ENROLL YOUR UNIVERSITY
Partner Universities receive:

Free first year annual subscription to The Cipher Brief for actively enrolled students which includes full access to The Cipher Brief archives (subscription eligibility must be verified by the University).

The opportunity for 2-3 pieces written by students to be published each semester (pieces are selected and edited by the University), The Cipher Brief will make all final publication decisions.

The opportunity for students to participate in The Academic Incubator National Security Virtual Summit, to be held annually featuring national security experts and others who have recently navigated from the academic environment to jobs in the national security sector.

Promotion of the University’s program in The Cipher Brief newsletter (circulation 30K) for two days each semester.

There is no cost for enrollment in the program.
